Conditions of Use

Article 1 : Scope

These conditions of use apply to every order transmitted to LE TEMPLE DU JEU SARL using this website, excluding any other conditions or discounts, especially these applying to our "offline" shops. We may modify these Conditions of Use at any time, as long as this online version remains up to date.

Article 2 : Pricing

Except when noted otherwise, all prices displayed for products on our website are in euros, tax included, and represent the full retail price, as suggested by the manufacturer or supplier or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. LE TEMPLE DU JEU SARL may change these prices at any time without any further notice, but all the ordered products will still be billed according to the price displayed when your order was first validated.

Article 3 : Ordering

You validate your order when you follow the "Validate my Order" link on the "Validate" page. By following this link, you agree with the order process and the present conditions of use. You can also order :

— using phone, at +33 (0)2 51 84 05 05 (from 10am to 7pm GMT+1, monday to saturday) You’ll be able to pay using Visa/Mastercard.

— using "snail" mail, sending your order form to "Le Temple du Jeu - 8, rue de l’Héronnière - 44000 NANTES - FRANCE" together with the corresponding payment, using a check from a french bank in euros. If you choose this way of ordering, don’t forget to call us before to check with us the availability of all the choosen products. If you don’t, all the products which might be out of stock at this time will be substituted by a voucher of an equal amount which you may use in your next order.

Article 4 : Shipping

For every order which shipping address is outside France, or which total amount (all discounts applied) is lower than 60 euros, we will ask you an extra fee which will be calculated according to the choosen products and specified country.

All our packages are sent using Coliposte’s Colissimo Expert, Colissimo Expert Outre-Mer or Colissimo Expert International. All items purchased from letempledujeu.fr are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If products appear to be dammaged, it is your responsability to warn the carrier by annotating the delivery note and sending them a mail with return receipt within three days. However, if such damages appears to be the sole consequence of any mistake of our own, your order will be either resent or refunded as soon as possible.

Besides, if your package must be resent because of an imprecise postal address or because it stayed unclaimed too long in your post office, we will ask you to pay the exact shipping and handling costs for this second shipment.

Article 5 : Withdrawal period

You can return us any product of which you’re not entierely satisfied within seven days after the day of delivery, all costs of this shipment being solely at your expense. If you want to, please contact us to info(at)letempledujeu(dot)fr so that we can tell you the procedure. You’ll be refunded of the exact amount of your order within one month after we receive the products. Please note that no incomplete, open, damaged or soiled products can be refunded in any way.

Article 6 : Implied warranty and liability

In the event any of the products we’ve delivered has a latent defect it will be replaced free of charge, provided we receive the defective product in its original packaging. after you have informed us by phone. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a voucher for an equivalent value.

We are committed to provide all the care in use in the profession for the implementation of customer services. However, our liability will not be retained in case of breach of our contractual obligations because of unforeseeable circumstances or because of your actions.

In addition, our responsibility will not be liable for any delay due to a rupture of stock at the publisher or supplier nor for any error in the presentation of products on our site, photographs, texts and illustrations representing the products not contractual. In case of doubt about the nature of one of the items, we recommend you call us or send us an email before checking out.

Article 7 : Privacy

We only collect personal data useful to ensure the quality of our services and the proceeding of your orders and we do our best to keep your information secure. By the way, your personal data won’t be in any way given or sold to anyone except LTDJ and its affiliates. These pieces of data are solely recorded (except if you told us not to) in our database.

According to french law "Informatique et Libertés", you can access and modify all your personal data we collected. To exert this right, simply log into your account typing your usual login and password. Article 8 : Applicable laws

By shopping at letempledujeu.fr, you agree that the laws of France, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and LE TEMPLE DU JEU SARL.
